Like previous Zelda titles, Ocarina of Time was directed and produced by Shigeru Miyamoto, who also worked on Nintendo titles including the Super Mario series and Donkey Kong. Ocarina of Time was praised by critics and players alike for its intuitive storyline and time travel mechanicsĪnd its 3D graphical style, which was new technology at the time. It is preceded by Link's Awakening and followed by Majora's Mask. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is the fifth installment in The Legend of Zelda series.
